Brenda is a dedicated professional who serves as the Country Manager at Africa Development Promise (ADP). In this role, she oversees various vital programs, including computer literacy, sewing workshops, and comprehensive business training initiatives for our cooperative and community members. Brenda brings an impressive background built upon five years of teaching and administrative experience to ADP. Her expertise spans many critical areas, encompassing orientation and training, strategic planning, program design, meticulous implementation, and effective classroom management, all acquired from diverse educational environments.

Brenda's journey with ADP commenced as the Vocational Program Coordinator, where she seamlessly integrated her professional knowledge and insights to foster collaborations with similar programs. Her dedication to knowledge sharing and resource exchange has resulted in fruitful partnerships that continue to enrich our initiatives. Brenda is a hands-on leader who actively conducts workshops and collaborates closely with schools, students, and cooperative and community members. Together, they craft programs meticulously tailored to meet their specific needs, ensuring lasting impact and empowerment.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions and leadership, Brenda was rightfully promoted to the esteemed position of Country Manager in 2024.

Brenda's educational background is equally impressive; she holds a science degree with concentrations in Education, Economics, and Mathematics from Kyambogo University. Her multifaceted expertise and unwavering dedication are invaluable assets to our organization as we work together to empower rural women and communities.
