Moise (Moses) Tuyisenge
Senior Field Agronomist - Rwanda

Moise is a skilled agronomist with over five years of professional working experience. He joined Africa Development Promise in 2018 as a field agronomist and provided technical advice to five ADP-supported agricultural cooperatives to improve their yields and economic position. In 2021, Moise took a year off to further his studies in horticultural sciences because he was selected to participate in a bilateral program between the Governments of Rwanda and Isreal to meet the goals of the Rwanda Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy.  

Through the program, he worked as a field officer with a focus on vegetable production. In February 2022, he returned to ADP as the Sr. Field Agronomist. Prior to ADP, Moise worked with various private farmers supporting the development of kitchen gardens, fruit production, nursery vegetables, kitchen gardens, fruit production, seedling nurseries, and greenhouses management in different locations in Rwanda.

Moses is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Project Management (MSCPM) in the University of Kigali, Rwanda. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from the University of Rwanda, a Diploma in Applicable agriculture practice of Agrostudies from Kfar Silver Ashkelon University in Israel, and a Diploma (A2) in Agriculture.
